EYELETING MACHINE WITH PLIERS / WITH MANUAL LEVER
The manual lever or pliers eyelet machines are the basic version of the eyelet machines and are suitable for very low productions as they require a fair amount of closing force.
All these eyelet machines require you to manually insert and orient 1 eyelet at a time.
Repeating this operation hundreds of times a day would be unthinkable and would quickly lead to physical fatigue for the operator.
On the other hand, they are economical and allow you to make low productions or samples without having to invest in more expensive equipment.
The eyelets are self-perforating and do not require pre-drilling.

Manual eyelet machine
Manual eyelet machine suitable for inserting 7 and 9 mm eyelets on pasta, biscuit and food packages in general. The 9 eyelet is widely used to fix the jumper on which all the information relating to the product is printed.
The eyelet is inserted manually on the eyelet machine punch and is applied directly on the material to be sealed. The force required for the closure is quite high and is therefore suitable for sampling and limited production.

Giga eyelet machine
The GIGA manual eyelet press with pliers is distinguished by its long levers, which allow the work to be carried out more easily. Furthermore, by changing only the punches, this eyelet press can also be used to apply larger eyelets (sail type for sheets and banners from VELA 31 to VELA 80)
The GIGA eyelet press is supplied WITHOUT any punches and riveters.
The customer must choose the type of eyelets he wants to apply and purchase the relative pliers complete with punches.
For example, if you want to apply type 9 eyelets, you must purchase the code “GIGA 9”.
It will then be possible to apply different eyelets (for example TYPE 7) by purchasing only the riveter kit separately.

Manual lever eyelet machine
The FP 39 manual press allows you to quickly and effortlessly apply type 7, 9 or type 051 eyelets (depending on the model chosen) on bags and food packages such as pasta, biscuits and sweets.
Operation is very simple, simply insert the eyelet into the riveter, place the bracket or the bag to be eyelet and lower the lever. Type 7-9 and type 051 eyelets are self-perforating and do not require pre-drilling the product to be applied.
