Type 9 eyelets with guarantee are used in the food and technical industries and are applied using mechanical and pneumatic eyelets.

There are various types of non-certified eyelets available on the market that “imitate” the original eyelets but are made with cheaper and harder compounds.
This poor quality of non-guaranteed eyelets for eyelet machines can lead to the following problems:
– automatic loader that gets loose and no longer orients the eyelets well
– punch and riveter that wear out quickly and unevenly
– poorly finished eyelets that have scraps of material and that cut
– parts of eyelets that come off
– eyelets that become opaque, ruining the packaging
– machine downtime

Repairing the loader, machine downtime and abnormal wear of the punches lead to high costs and waiting times during which the machine cannot be used. In some cases it may result in the loss of the warranty as the damage would not be due to a problem with the machine itself but to non-compliant use.
